This exclusive offering provides you with complete access to all the amenities our venue has to offer, including a two-hour rehearsal evening during the week. During the rehearsal, you are welcome to utilize the kitchen facilities and bring your own food. The setup and cleanup will be efficiently handled on the day of the wedding, with the venue operating from 8 am until midnight.
Saturday $4500
Immerse yourself in the enchantment of our Saturday wedding package, priced at $4500. This comprehensive package allows you full access to all the features provided by our venue, along with a two-hour rehearsal evening during the week. Feel free to make use of the kitchen facilities and bring your own food during the rehearsal. The setup and cleanup will be taken care of on the day of your wedding, and the venue will be available from 8 am to midnight.
Full Weekend $5500
Experience the ultimate wedding celebration with our Full Weekend package, offered at a price of $5500. This extraordinary package grants you exclusive access to all the amenities of our venue throughout the entire weekend. Your setup day and rehearsal will be held on Friday, with the venue open from 9 am to 10 pm. On the big day, Saturday, the venue will open at 9 am for vendor deliveries and close at midnight. Sunday offers a serene departure, with cleanup and departure by 1 pm, allowing you to cherish the memories created during your eventful weekend.
Full Weekend + More $7500
At Thornhill Farms Hitching Post, we go beyond being a mere wedding event venue; we are a fully operational farm. Our Full Weekend + More package, priced at $7500, includes accommodation for the bride and groom at our charming home farm. You will have the opportunity to explore our beautiful farm gardens, with complete access for capturing breathtaking photographs in these serene settings. The home farm also offers hiking trails and tranquil spaces, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate before your momentous wedding day. Nestled on 80 rolling acres, it provides the ideal backdrop for pre-wedding decompression.
What the venue offers:
*Full kitchen with prep tables, a 60 inch griddle, hot running water, refrigerator, a 20 ft fold down bar, coffee spot and popcorn machine.
*Full wet bar, our bar serves to the dance floor and alley. Your bartender will have access to lots of storage and running water with a large top to make the drinks of your choice.
*The most awesome dance floor out there, shrouded by a mirror ball saddle, lighting and sound system the hitching post is like no other. The surrounding upper decks allow great visibility to all that come to enjoy your day.
*Restrooms, at the hitching post we have you covered. The ladies and men’s rest room is even a space that you can get ready in, lots of spaces to sit your things and hang your clothes.
*Versatile wedding areas, we have an arbor by the field edge, an upper wedding deck inside and out and a large gazebo.
*Unique spaces, as you roam the expanses of this old historic barn you will find, lots of areas to relax and enjoy conversations.
*On site parking, on the north end of our venue we have a large parking area for all of your guests on your special day.
*Versatile size options, with table and chair capacity up to 250 guests we will have you covered. The hitching post can also provide for smaller parties.
